Please note that the OUTSIDE RALLY PORTION of tomorrow's meeting has been cancelled for weather reasons. We WILL meet inside at Chevy's at our usual time....noon.

Patriots:
Our guest speaker for tomorrow's meeting, Saturday 28 January, 2012 will be Shane Schoeller, Republican Speaker Pro-Tem of the Missouri House of Representatives. He will speak on legislation presently or likely to come before the House in the current session. We have asked him to explain the current status of RTW (Right to Work) legislation and other important issues of interest to Patriots.A decision concerning whether we will hold the outside portion of our normal Saturday program will be posted on Friday the 27th, probably late in the day and will depend on temperature, the weather and other factors. In any event, the inside portion of the meeting WILL be held as usual at noon in our room at Chevy's.
Please note: The "winter schedule*" start time for the outside rally is 10:00 AM. This is an hour later than our summer start time.

WE HOLD A RALLY FROM 10 AM TO 12 noon OUTDOORS ON THE 2ND AND 4TH SATURDAYS EACH MONTH (This schedule may occasionally change due to unusual circumstances, holidays, etc.) Our BUSINESS Meetings ALWAYS follow this outside rally (unless a change is posted here) and are at Chevy's restaurant (across the street), K & N Hiways, O'Fallon, MO. We will move indoors at Chevy's, across the street, just before 12 noon.
Please note that special activities, rallies and local and state actions will be planned and will take place in 2012. You may want to participate in these activities when they are announced. So... please watch for upcoming announcements, in the newsletter and for information posted on this web site that is relevant to these special events and rallies. If you wish to participate in any of these activities (we sincerely hope you do) please email or call Sandy or Chuck for specifics.

Once again, please be reminded that prior to meetings, we try to keep a sharp eye on the weather* in our decisions about whether (or not) to hold the outside portion of our rallies. You can follow our decision by viewing this web site on Friday or on Saturday morning before you make your plans for the day. ... Along these lines, you may want to note that we risk cancellation of our liability insurance when we invite people to take risks by asking them to attend rallies where lightning or excessive heat (or other significant weather factors) are present in the official forecast.

Please keep in mind that we have additional rally activity planned for 2012 as circumstances develop and we have opportuntities to advance our issues. WE cannot emphasize enough how VERY important it is that we display our "red shirts" and/or K&N Patriots Buttons (thanks Jim and Laure) at functions we attend. It is of utmost importance that local, state and national leaders become familiar with K & N Patriots. A good "performing" reputation and recognition by the general public and those in office helps our effectiveness when we visit with them or are present at functions.
Patriot appearances at certain events will undoubtedly become necessary and various "unscheduled" activities (activities that "pop up" that we are unable to forecast) will also require us to participate as a group (remember Quincy, Prop C and the Westboro Church events?). So, there will be lots to do and lots to keep us interested. The corner at K & N highways in O'Fallon, MO has become a "sea of red shirts" on Saturdays as we have rallied for our cause to Defend the Constitution. Patriot participation has been nothing short of stunning as our core group of volunteers communicates individual messages by signs held up to traffic. Our numbers are growing and the indication of those who drive by and stop by, many contributing funds to help cover our expenses, is an indicator that the "will of the people" will soon be heard in the halls of government. We count the favorable indications from passing motorists at about 100 to 1... the one being unfavorable.
Our meetings and rallies on Saturdays are important informational events where individual citizens chat with each other and pass information and opinion from one citizen to another. Now we are beginning to organize into information and action based committees with important community functions. You can become informed about a variety of subjects and add an important voice to taking America back by conversing with your fellow Patriots and by becoming active on a committee at these meetings and rallies. So please attend if you can. Your presence, along with that of your friends, neighbors and fellow Patriots, is important.
